Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 7 business days.


Sale items (if applicable)
All items ending in $.00, .96, .97, and .98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered Final Sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for a refund.

Note: We do not cover shipping cost for return. 

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. 
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed and send back to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days after we receive your returned item. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tahoora.com and we will be happy to assist.

Coupon Codes 

-Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.

-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. 

-Only one code can be used on a purchase. 

-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
